Senior Planner Cardiff Boyer Planning

Salary: GBP45,000/GBP50,000

Penguin Recruitment are currently working with Boyer Planning to find an experienced Senior Planner to join their established Cardiff team.

Boyer is a leading planning and development consultancy working across England and Wales, with the Cardiff team delivering significant projects across strategic planning, development management, and planning project coordination for a range of private and public sector clients.

The Role

  • Delivering and supporting significant planning projects
  • Working across strategic planning and development management
  • Coordinating planning projects from inception through to delivery
  • Advising a range of private and public sector clients
  • Working within the wider property and development context
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the Cardiff team

Requirements

  • MRTPI qualification
  • Strong commercial approach and ability planning knowledge within the wider property sector
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and energetic approach
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients
  • Experience in project management and delivering planning schemes
