Senior Trade Mark Attorney

Due to sustained team expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Trade Mark Attorney to lead the management, development, and optimisation of domestic and international trade mark portfolios for a diverse client base. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on trade mark clearance, registrability, filing strategies, and risk management while overseeing complex prosecution matters before the UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO.

You will manage contentious issues—including oppositions, cancellations, domain name disputes, and digital brand protection across emerging technologies—in close collaboration with IP litigators and commercial IP specialists. Additionally, you will advise on the IP aspects of commercial transactions such as licensing, franchising, and acquisitions while serving as a trusted partner to key client stakeholders.
