We are looking for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join our small, busy London-based team.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong practical trade mark experience who is comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-day support to the team, manage deadlines and matters efficiently, and help ensure that work is delivered accurately and on time.
We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, proactive and easy to work with, with the confidence to take ownership and get things done.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of day-to-day trade mark work, including prosecution, renewals, recordals and related administration.
- Supporting attorneys and the wider team with client work and deadlines.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, schedules and other documents.
- Helping to manage and improve day-to-day team processes.
- Spotting quick, practical improvements to existing processes.
- Supporting and supervising more junior members of the team.
- Working collaboratively and flexibly as priorities change.

You will have:
- Strong practical trade mark experience.
- The ability to manage a high volume of work quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- The confidence to support and supervise junior team members.
- A genuine interest in finding simple, effective ways to make the team work better.
