Job Summary

This is a platform-side trade marketing role focused on category growth, and the role owns end-to-end trade marketing strategy and operation for our EMEA 3C category. You will build category trade rules, design merchant incentive mechanisms, manage category marketing budget, and launch platform-level category campaigns to drive category GMV expansion, merchant activity improvement, and sustainable ecosystem growth across EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

Category Trade Strategy & System Building

  • Develop annual trade marketing roadmaps and category growth strategies cross EMEA.
  • Build brand tiering around authorized versus grey market status, including tiered merchant incentives, category subsidy rules, and differentiated growth policies for flagship brands, mid-tier sellers, and new merchants, to activate the overall category merchant ecosystem.

Category Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Own the category promotion calendar aligned with EMEA key shopping nodes based on the campaign calendar and local seasonal sales.
  • Combine platform traffic resources and category-exclusive trade benefits to launch customized category campaigns, boost overall category transaction volume, penetration, and user consumption scale.

Category Trade Marketing Budget & ROI Management

  • Independently manage EMEA category trade marketing budget, complete scientific budget allocation by country, merchant tier, and campaign scenario.
  • Standardize subsidy specifications, track full-cycle fund investment and output, conduct closed-loop ROI analysis, optimize budget structure, and improve the overall utilization efficiency of category trade resources.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
