Ready to shape the future strategy of Trade Marketing for one of the world's most recognised drink brands?

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a global leader within the drinks industry in their search for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager.

Sitting within the wider Commercial Strategy & Development division, this person will be responsible for defining the retail execution strategy across the EMEA&O region.

Leading a high-performing team, you'll shape the long-term Trade Marketing vision, influence how their portfolio is brought to life across diverse retail environments and international markets, and partner with senior stakeholders to accelerate commercial growth through best-in-class retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the Trade Marketing strategy across the EMEA&O region, creating the framework for world-class retail execution.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, building capability and future leaders.
  • Own annual Trade Marketing planning, translating commercial priorities into impactful execution across international markets.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that elevate retail execution and shape the future of the shopper experience.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, NPD, Operations and Legal to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Influence executive decision-making through strategic recommendations, performance insights and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Trade, Shopper or Retail Marketing leadership experience within FMCG.
  • A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • A commercially minded strategic leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, international organisation.
  • Experience operating across international or multi-market environments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture, balancing strategic thinking with commercial execution.
