Senior Trade Mark Paralegal | Leading Global Law Firm | London
We are working with a leading global law firm on a position within their Trade Marks practice in London, recognised for advising a diverse, global client base across technology, financial services, fashion and consumer goods. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented paralegal to take on a broad and varied caseload within a highly regarded, collaborative team.
The team handles brand clearance, global portfolio management and contentious registry work before the EUIPO and UK IPO Tribunal, alongside anti-counterfeiting, domain name and Company Names Tribunal disputes. The role involves managing trade mark portfolios for high-profile clients, coordinating filings and renewals across multiple jurisdictions, supporting on oppositions and cancellations, and working closely with attorneys on enforcement and brand protection strategy.

This position would suit a candidate with:
- 5+ years' experience as a trade mark paralegal, ideally gained at a top-tier UK, US or international law firm
- Strong working knowledge of EUIPO and UK IPO procedures, and experience with contentious registry matters
- Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional trade mark portfolios
- CITMA Paralegal qualification (or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and client-facing communication skills
