Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Possible.

We've identified a need for a Senior Trade Specialist to strengthen and support trade invoice processing. You'll drive continuous improvement, reducing manual intervention, and get claims through to a one-touch process. You'll work across root cause analysis, training, customer collaboration, accruals management, and reporting to make that happen.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Working with the team, driving performance against the ledger aging target for trade invoice processing
  • Lead root cause analysis on aged and problematic trade claims, identifying patterns and systemic issues that slow processing through the workflow
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to move claims towards a one-touch process, reducing rework and manual intervention
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for Trade Executives, building technical capability and consistency across all three teams
  • Own the manual accruals and recycling process, working to reduce the level of accruals held on the balance sheet by aligning them to invoices on the system and identifying prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve adherence to trade controls and customer invoicing standards
  • Build and manage customer-centric reporting that provides actionable insights, supports escalation processes, and drives accountability across the team
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes, improve claim quality, and reduce processing time
  • Use new reporting tools to identify trends, focus areas, and opportunities to improve team productivity and claim throughput

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
