Sartre Group are partnered with a leading multi-strategy hedge fund, looking to continue its growth and investment in technology. As part of this expansion, they are looking for an exceptional Senior Trading Platform Support Engineer to join their London team.
You would be supporting critical trading platforms across multiple asset classes, working closely with Trading, Ops, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
You’ll work on:
- Providing production support across trading platforms, position management systems, and automated workflows.
- Monitoring platform health and investigating issues across the full trade lifecycle.
- Partnering with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to diagnose defects and improve system reliability.
- Supporting a global follow-the-sun model, including on-call rotations and cross-regional handovers.

They’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting technology platforms within financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
- Strong technical aptitude across application support, systems integration, databases, and production troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with Trading, Operations, and Engineering teams.
