Senior Trader – Join Our Team

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Trader to join our team in London.

This is a senior opportunity for a trader with a proven track record in financial markets, strong market knowledge, and the ability to independently develop, execute and manage trading strategies.

The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on trading experience, excellent analytical capabilities, and a disciplined approach to risk and capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse financial markets, economic developments and market trends
  • Identify and assess high-quality trading opportunities
  • Develop, implement and continuously refine trading strategies
  • Execute trades and actively manage positions
  • Apply robust risk management and capital allocation principles
  • Monitor market exposure, performance and portfolio risk
  • Analyse trading results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct in-depth market and quantitative research
  • Maintain accurate trading records, reports and performance analysis
  • Adapt strategies to changing market conditions
  • Operate independently while contributing to the wider investment and trading objectives of the business

Requirements:

  • Significant professional trading experience with a proven track record
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies and market dynamics
  • Demonstrable experience managing positions and trading risk
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and capital preservation
  • Ability to analyse complex market information and act decisively
  • Highly disciplined, focused and commercially minded
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing market conditions
  • Strong understanding of trading performance analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous professional trading experience is essential
