Role Description
We are currently expanding our Client Services team and seeking a Senior Trading Solutions Analyst, with an ambition to be part of a company with big ambitions.

The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing our large data centre installations, setting up advanced solutions with our clients to maintaining relationships with designated clients and handling ad hoc basis client queries. This position is both technical and business focused and gives the candidate a great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading. The successful candidate will be given full product training.
Areas of Responsibility
- Assist Team lead in daily running of team with adhoc queries / tasks
- Support, monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a 24x5 team (Shift Based Rotation)
- Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients
- Assist the sales team with developing business and setting up technical presentations
- Setting up client’s accounts in various systems and according to client’s specifications
- Working on trade slippage cases
- Setting up in-house trade flow structures for business needs
- Maintenance of client services SOP document
- Handling weekly / monthly shift schedule
- Help align monthly holiday schedule
- Assistance in annual Audit requests
- Trade on behalf of clients
- Providing out of hours support to team members / internal teams
- Providing final check on internal client configuration changes

What we expect from you
- Good experience and background within the financial services industry; in a FX/OTC product
- Experience in the FIX protocol and dealing with FIX logs – Trade investigation
- Experience in MT4/5 with client setups, mappings, trade investigations.
- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors like OneZero, PrimeXM is advantageous.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with critical decision-making ability
- High analytical skills to create the correct solution
- Stamina, flexibility, hands-on and ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise issues and workload via Salesforce.
- To be client-focused and a result-driven approach
- Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner and innovative
- General understanding of networking, Windows servers and application life cycle is a plus
- Knowledge on raising support/IT tickets
