I am working with a Leading Global Insurance organisation in their search to hire a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst - EMEA to join a dynamic Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a transfer pricing professional looking to develop their expertise in a complex, international environment while working with stakeholders across the EMEA region.

As part of the Cross-Border Enablement team, you will support a broad range of transfer pricing activities, helping to ensure compliance with global requirements while contributing to key strategic projects. You'll work closely with finance teams, tax professionals, and external advisers across multiple jurisdictions, playing an important role in delivering transfer pricing solutions that support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of EMEA transfer pricing documentation.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies and supporting functional and comparability analyses.
  • Reviewing and monitoring intra-group transactions and intercompany agreements.
  • Assisting with cross-border cost impact modelling and related tax assessments.
  • Supporting responses to transfer pricing audits, enquiries, and tax authority reviews across EMEA.
  • Contributing to the management of Permanent Establishment (PE) risk and related transfer pricing considerations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing transfer pricing policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Identifying transfer pricing risks arising from business changes, restructurings, and expansion into new territories.
  • Driving process improvements, controls enhancement, and opportunities for automation within transfer pricing operations.
  • Building strong relationships with finance, tax, and business stakeholders across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
