Job Description
You will own the end-to-end transformation of NHS provider services, moving beyond strategy to implement clinical and administrative workflow changes that improve patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will turn transformation into a repeatable engine, lead critical customer relationships with GP partners, and eventually hire and lead your own team.

What You Will Do
- Own the full transformation arc from initial scoping to long-term outcome proof, designing clinical pathways that integrate seamlessly with existing clinical workflows.
- Manage high-level relationships with GP partners and clinical leads, acting as the trusted expert across product, care, and engineering domains.
- Build the company's transformation playbook, creating scalable templates and processes that ensure every new service implementation is more efficient than the last.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience in high-stakes consultancy or healthcare transformation, successfully delivering large-scale technology adoption in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to influence clinical and technical stakeholders, navigating the "messy middle" of operational change to ensure adoption holds beyond go-live.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward documentation, capable of translating complex patient data into compelling clinical and operational narratives.
