Senior Transformation Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join our team in Bradford (BD4 8PW) on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.
Are you passionate about leading meaningful change and delivering transformation that creates real business impact? At Blume, we're looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the way we operate, improve customer outcomes, and support our ambitious growth plans.
Working across a diverse range of business functions, including Legal, Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC), Technology, and Operations, you'll partner with stakeholders at all levels to shape and deliver transformation programmes from concept through to implementation and adoption. Whether you're streamlining processes, embedding new technologies, leveraging automation and AI, or leading large-scale business change, you'll play a key role in turning strategy into measurable results.
This is a highly visible position where you'll bring together cross-functional teams, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and ensure programmes deliver lasting value. You'll be trusted to navigate complexity, manage risks and dependencies, challenge the status quo, and influence decision-making across the business.
If you're an experienced transformation leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a proven track record of delivering successful change across operational and technology landscapes, we'd love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
- Lead complex transformation programmes, bringing together cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment, overcome challenges, and ensure successful delivery of strategic business outcomes.
- Adapt your approach to support a broad range of transformation, business change, and project initiatives across functions such as Legal, Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC), Operations, and Technology.
- Own the delivery of programme and project backlogs, applying appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to identify, shape, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and operational teams to remove barriers, manage risk, and ensure programmes remain aligned to strategic objectives.
- Create and maintain key programme documentation, including business cases, project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance materials, action trackers, and status reports.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery of actions, milestones, and outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project and transformation team members, helping to develop capability and drive high performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and delivery effectiveness, making recommendations that enhance organisational performance and support long-term transformation goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
