About the Role

As a Senior Transformation Programme Manager at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation initiatives that drive tangible impact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex transformation programs spanning multiple business segments, from concept through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Launch new projects with limited data, starting from a blank sheet of paper.
  • Act as a trusted partner, strategizing with Project Sponsors and challenging the status-quo to drive transformational impact.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored approaches that minimize disruption while maximizing value realization.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and impact of transformation initiatives across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Produce and deliver impactful presentations, securing buy-in on recommendations and supporting teams through change.
  • Develop, implement and maintain project management processes, integrating AI to drive efficiency and improve quality.
  • Design new methodologies where established project management frameworks fall short, tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and ‘path to green’ for identified issues, actively troubleshooting to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings, including Steering Committee discussions with Executive Sponsors, workstream level meetings and workshops to support discovery and solutioning.
  • Provide regular detailed reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, bottlenecks, and risks.
  • Concurrently manage multiple projects / workstreams in various phases of development, covering a variety of subject matters.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide guidance to more junior members of the team, coaching them through their projects where relevant.
  • Support the development of the programme management function, in collaboration with the Head of Transformation

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or programme management within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working within fast-paced professional services industries such as Consulting is preferred.
  • Strong technical project management skills including proficiency with project planning tools, resource management, and governance frameworks
  • Understanding of organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) with success applying them in real-world scenarios
  • Experience in organizational design including role definition, workforce planning, and operating model development
  • Proven ability to influence enterprise strategy and manage complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems including C-suite executives and external partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to leverage complex data to develop solutions that drive improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment, working across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Great communication skills are a must, combined with ability to moderate large forums and facilitate dialog with stakeholders to ensure they feel supported through complex changes.
