About Us
Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
Our business has changed a lot, and the projects ahead of us are not the neat, straightforward kind.
As we grow, the new and evolving capabilities we need bring together people from across innocent and are delivered through a mix of process, technology and data. This role puts you in the driving seat of making that change happen.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager to lead some of our highest-profile and most business-critical projects across Enterprise Services. You'll help transform our business by tackling complex challenges, bringing the right people together and leading change all the way through to delivery.
You'll also help raise the bar for project management at innocent. Alongside delivering brilliant work yourself, you'll help define what great looks like and support others to get there too. You won't have direct reports, but you'll play an important role in mentoring, coaching and developing project management capability across the business.
Responsibilities
You'll be
- Leading our most complex and high-profile business and technology transformation projects from early idea through to successful delivery.
- Turning broad and ambiguous business needs into clear project scope, outcomes, plans and ways of working.
- Bringing temporary, cross-functional teams together and helping everyone understand their role in the bigger picture.
- Setting up effective governance, reporting, tools and project controls without needing a ready-made blueprint.
- Working with senior sponsors and subject matter experts to move decisions forward, even when information is incomplete.
- Selecting, mobilising and managing external delivery partners, holding them to high standards throughout.
- Connecting business needs with partner and technology expertise, making the complicated easier to understand.
- Strengthening project management capability across innocent through mentoring, coaching and leading by example.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our Culture
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
