As a Senior Transport Planner within our Transport Planning Team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering electric vehicle infrastructure projects and policies that improve air quality and support sustainable transport across the city. You will work with colleagues, residents, elected members, government departments and external partners to turn strategic ambitions into practical solutions.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable transport and can combine strategic thinking with practical project delivery.

You Will Have
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience of delivering transport, highway or infrastructure projects.
- Strong policy development, planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Experience of preparing reports, briefings and presentations for a range of audiences.
- The ability to build effective relationships, influence others and work collaboratively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving and service improvement.
