Click&Go Holidays is a multi-award-winning online travel company based in Dublin City Centre. We provide consumers with an easy-to-use platform to design their own holiday by matching flights with great value accommodation across Europe and Worldwide.

Whether booking online or through our contact centre, we want the experience to feel very different from a DIY or competitor experience. We want our customers to know we are accessible and available to them to assist with whatever question or request they may have. We want that customer service piece to be the reason that our customers stay with us and repeat book with us.

Purpose of the Job

To convert phone sales enquiries into bookings. This role is responsible for sales across all holiday types within Click&Go Holidays. The primary focus will be selling Cruise, in addition to European sun holidays, city breaks, tailor-made itineraries, and worldwide destinations.

You are responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding your assigned individual and team sales targets
  • Dealing with inbound sales opportunities via phone, email, and social media
  • Delivering 1st class Customer Experience to every customer
  • Providing specialist advice to customers on destinations and properties, pre and post-booking
  • Following up on potential clients and outbound sales (but no cold calling)
  • Upselling to existing clients where the opportunity arises
  • Aligning with our core Brand values

You will have:

  • A customer-centric approach – you take great pride in delivering an excellent customer experience
  • A passion to sell
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • A keen interest in Travel or previous experience selling holidays
  • A consistent record in meeting targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience receiving weekly feedback on your performance
  • Experience working with a GDS (Galileo) is a distinct advantage
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with a superb telephone manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and excellent computer and keyboard skills
  • A great attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Efficient organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail critical
