Required for this well-established leading Worldwide travel company who provide an exclusive service to their clients
This Luxury Travel Consultant role is specialising in booking tailormade Wildlife and Birding holidays primarily in Africa, Asia and South America regions. This can be either hybrid or home-based with a minimum of one day a month in the London office.
Luxury Travel Consultant, Responsibilities
- For each client, obtain an effective and detailed written brief to enable you to match and exceed the needs of the client.
- Use your wildlife and destination knowledge of Africa, Asia and South America regions to advise clients on the best itineraries.
- Offer high levels of customer service throughout the sales and after sales process.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Luxury Travel Consultant, Skills Required
- Previous experience at a well-established tour operator or travel agent.
- A proven track record in wildlife and/or Birding sales in the Africa, Asia and South America regions.
- You will have excellent wildlife and destination knowledge, either gained through living or working in Africa, Asia or South America or through extensively travelling and selling wildlife and birding holidays.
- As the Travel Consultant, exceptional product knowledge of premium leisure products (best destinations hotels, villas, travel experiences throughout the world) would be a huge advantage.
- Working GDS experience, preferred Amadeus.
- Excellent communication skills capable of dealing with high-end customers.

- Competitive Salary + comm
- Homebased with 1 day a month in the office in London or hybrid with their office in London
- Working hours - Mon - Fri shifts between 09.00-19.00 and 1 Saturday a month
