As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Travel Sales & Customer Experience Executive to join our expanding Sales Team. This is more than a travel sales role. We're looking for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys creating incredible itineraries and thrives on converting enquiries into unforgettable holidays.

The Role

You'll manage enquiries from both direct customers and travel agents, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to booking. Whether recommending one of our existing itineraries or creating something completely bespoke, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings through exceptional sales conversations.
  • Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, live chat and trade partners.
  • Build tailor-made itineraries and adapt existing packages to suit customer requirements.
  • Prepare flight-inclusive quotes and manage bookings accurately.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers and destination specialists.
  • Liaise confidently with overseas suppliers and destination specialists.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and documentation is issued correctly.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both direct customers and travel agents.
  • Achieve individual sales, conversion and revenue targets.
  • Work one weekend in every two (rota basis).

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in travel sales.
  • Strong track record of converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Excellent knowledge of tailor-made travel.
  • Experience packaging flights.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Outstanding telephone sales skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
  • Exceptional written communication.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.
