Treasury Senior Analyst

About the Role

A large, multi-site business is seeking an experienced Treasury Senior Analyst to take ownership of daily cash management and banking operations while supporting short-term cash forecasting and funding activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong cash visibility, robust financial controls, and effective treasury operations across multiple entities and banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain visibility of daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and payment channels, ensuring movements reconcile accurately to bank records.
  • Own and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, updating forecasts regularly and analysing variances to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Execute and control fund movements across banking platforms in line with authorisation limits, delegated authorities, and dual-control requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve unreconciled items between bank statements and internal records, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Support funding and financing activities by preparing data for facility administration, lender reporting, and related treasury requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping standardise and streamline treasury activities while reducing reliance on manual processes.
  • Ensure treasury activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, controls, governance frameworks, and relevant regulations.
  • Promote collaborative working practices and support continuous improvement across the finance function.
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
