SENIOR TREASURY ANALYST

FTSE 250 | London | Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile FTSE 250 business as a Senior Treasury Analyst, playing a key role across treasury operations, liquidity, funding and financial risk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded treasury professional who wants genuine ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to make an impact within a sophisticated, fast-moving Treasury function.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the senior Treasury team, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of treasury activities, with exposure across cash management, liquidity, funding, FX, interest rate risk and treasury reporting.

  • Work closely with Finance, FP&A, Tax and the wider business, providing high-quality analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage and monitor daily cash, liquidity and funding requirements across the Group
  • Support the management of FX and interest rate exposures, including analysis and reporting
  • Prepare detailed Treasury reporting, forecasts and management information
  • Assist with funding, debt and liquidity planning
  • Analyse treasury data and provide clear, commercially focused insight to senior stakeholders
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Treasury processes and controls
  • Work closely with banking partners and internal stakeholders across the Group
  • Contribute to Treasury projects, TMS systems improvements and process automation
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance across Treasury activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong experience within Corporate Treasury, ideally gained in a complex or multinational environment
  • Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity, FX and interest rate risk
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with treasury systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
  • ACT/AMCT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
