Overview
Support global cash management, liquidity, forecasting, FX, banking, and treasury operations while working on process improvement.

Description
- Manage global cash and liquidity positions, ensuring funding is available across regions and entities.
- Produce and maintain short and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Execute FX transactions, monitor currency exposures, and support hedging activities to mitigate risk.
- Support the management of debt facilities, banking relationships, covenant compliance, and surplus cash investments.
- Prepare treasury reporting and analysis, providing insights to support senior management decisions.
- Maintain and enhance the Treasury Management System, driving automation, operational efficiency, and data integrity.
- Improve treasury processes and controls while ensuring compliance with policies, governance requirements, and audit standards.

Profile
- Experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, or Corporate Finance, ideally within a multinational environment.
- ACT, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification preferred (or studying towards).
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, treasury operations, FX risk management, and financial markets.
- Hands-on experience with treasury systems, bank account management, payments, cash pooling structures, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
