Role Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst will oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, and short-term investing to ensure adequate funding for business activities. This contract, on-site role (3 days a week) based in London, will focus on developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, optimizing banking relationships, and supporting treasury-related system enhancements. The individual will analyze financial data and market conditions to support decision-making on cash positioning, foreign exchange, and funding strategies. The role also includes preparing treasury reports for senior leadership, supporting risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies, and collaborating with finance, accounting, and operational teams on treasury matters.

Qualifications

- Strong treasury management and cash management skills, with experience overseeing daily liquidity and banking operations.
- Proficiency in finance and cash flow forecasting, including building and maintaining forecasting models and supporting funding decisions.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Experience working in or with technology-driven or data-intensive organizations, ideally within financial services or related sectors.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and treasury systems, with experience improving processes and controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACT, CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
