Senior Treasury Manager
The Senior Treasury Manager will lead the transformation of regional cash management, liquidity structures, banking architecture, and treasury automation across a complex multinational environment. This is a high-impact role offering ownership of strategic cash initiatives, treasury transformation projects, and stakeholder engagement across global regions.

Description
- Lead the redesign and optimisation of a complex regional cash management and banking structure across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and implement future-state cash pooling and cash centralisation strategies aligned with global treasury objectives.
- Drive liquidity optimisation initiatives to enhance visibility, control, and efficient utilisation of cash resources.
- Rationalise banking networks, account structures, and inter-company funding flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee regional cash centralisation activities, ensuring accurate and timely movement of funds.
- Champion automation and digital transformation, reducing reliance on manual treasury processes.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, and banking stakeholders to deliver strategic cash management projects.
- Lead treasury transformation programmes covering cash pooling, banking optimisation, and system enhancements.
- Manage and strengthen banking relationships while ensuring alignment with global banking strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, developing treasury capability and promoting continuous improvement.

Profile
- Proven experience in cash management, liquidity optimisation, and treasury operations within a multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in cash pooling, cash centralisation, banking structures, and liquidity management frameworks.
- Track record of leading treasury transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Treasury, Finance, IT, and banking partners.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, coaching, and subject matter expertise in cash management and banking operations.

Job Offer
- Permanent position based in London.
- Competitive salary of £95,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Annual Bonus Incentive and Pension Contribution.
- Hybrid working based in central London.
