Pure Search are partnering with an investor-backed business to appoint a Senior Treasury Manager into a newly created global treasury function. Reporting to the Treasurer, this is a highly autonomous role offering significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape treasury processes, controls and strategy across an international business.
The role is predominantly remote, with attendance in the London office required a few times a month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cash and liquidity management, including cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity planning, cash pooling and working capital management.
- Manage treasury risks across FX, interest rates, counterparties and operations, including hedging activities.
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including payments, banking relationships, debt servicing and cash flow forecasting.
- Own treasury systems and banking platforms, driving reporting, efficiencies and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls, governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Support the continued build-out of the treasury function as the business grows.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven treasury experience across front, middle and back-office activities.
- Experience within an investor-backed or PE-backed environment preferred.
- Strong operational treasury experience across cash, liquidity and risk management.
- Experience delivering treasury transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with a TMS, including implementation or optimisation.
- Experience operating within global and/or multi-entity organisations.
- Strong understanding of FX, funding, liquidity and cash management.
- Treasury qualification preferred (ACT, ACCA, CTP or equivalent).
- Self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a growing, evolving environment.
