Senior Treasury Manager | £100,000 - £120,000 + Package | Globally Recognised Brand | Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
I’m currently partnered with an instantly recognisable global brand on a Senior Treasury Manager opportunity. This is a broad and high-profile position within a sophisticated international treasury function, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the wider business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of day-to-day treasury operations
- Cash and liquidity management
- FX exposure and financial risk management
- Short and long-term cash forecasting
- Funding and capital structure analysis
- Management of banking and financial institution relationships
- Treasury controls, governance and policy
- Supporting working capital initiatives
- Treasury reporting and performance analysis
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Supporting wider finance transformation projects
- Providing treasury input into strategic projects, acquisitions and business initiatives
- Partnering with senior Finance and commercial stakeholders
- Supporting the development of treasury strategy across an international business
- Automation and TMS project work
- Take ownership the treasury team

We’re looking for an experienced treasury professional who is technically strong, commercially minded and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll need to be someone who can challenge constructively, build strong relationships and translate complex treasury matters into clear recommendations for senior management.
