Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily.
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
  • Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ years FX sales experience.
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
  • Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business, one team, one dream!
  • Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and this impacts prospects and client’s financial performance.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
  • Attending regular, training sessions, taking initiative to listen to own calls and others, holding yourself and peers accountable, owning your success.
  • Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, backed up by strong numbers evidencing consistently closing new business
  • Resilient, strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, as well as in person
  • Taking feedback and acting upon it fast
  • Goal-oriented and persistence, short-term and long-term
  • Fluent English language.
