Senior Trustee Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pensions professional to join a leading independent trustee and governance services provider as a Senior Trustee Executive.
This is a senior client-facing role that combines trustee governance, relationship management, commercial responsibility, and team leadership. You will take ownership of a portfolio of pension scheme clients, acting as a trusted adviser to trustee boards whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and commercial success.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of trustee clients, acting as the primary contact for trustee boards and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with trustees, sponsors, and advisers.
- Chair and present at trustee meetings, providing strategic governance support.
- Oversee client service delivery, ensuring high standards and successful outcomes.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members.
- Take ownership of client profitability and commercial performance.
- Support business development through pitches, networking, and industry events.
- Enhance the firm's market profile and identify growth opportunities.

Essential Criteria:
- Significant experience within the pensions industry, trustee services, or pension consulting.
- Strong knowledge of pension scheme governance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working directly with trustees and pension scheme stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
