Job Description

As a Senior Designer for our global Sports Product, you will play a crucial role in visually defining our Sports Product experience, using captivating ideas and distinctive design. You will create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

The Design and UX department defines the visual language and user journey across all digital platforms. This team creates intuitive, engaging experiences that keep the Sports Product at the forefront of the industry.

This role sits within the Product Design Team, focusing on the global Sports Product. You will take ownership of visual design, collaborating with Lead Sports Designers and stakeholders to evolve features and bring concepts to life. You will use Figma to iterate high-fidelity designs and prototypes, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and purposeful.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the company’s hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level product or UI/UX design background with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar industry-standard design software
  • Deep understanding of design systems, visual storytelling, and core design principles
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to design excellence
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute innovative ideas
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Present design rationale clearly during project meetings and walkthroughs
  • Adapt designs positively to changing requirements and new ideas
