Senior UI/UX Designer
Don't just design the next screen. Help shape the next financial platform
Merhaba. Hi. Hallo.
We are RUUT - a next-generation financial platform being built for people and businesses living, working and operating across borders. Our ambition goes beyond building another fintech app. We are creating an integrated financial ecosystem that brings together digital accounts, cards, payments, money movement and business financial services into one seamless experience.
With roots in Germany, a growing presence in the UK and a platform designed to serve customers across Europe, we are entering a defining phase of our journey.
Why RUUT. Why now.
Build what comes next.
RUUT offers the opportunity to shape a next-generation financial platform from the ground up, across multiple products, customer segments and European markets.
Many of the most important product and design decisions are still ahead of us. Your work won't simply execute the vision — it will help define it.
From the first customer interaction to how individuals and businesses manage money, make payments and move funds across borders, you will have a direct impact on the experience.
If you want a role where design comes with real ownership and influence, we should talk.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help define how RUUT looks, feels and works across our digital ecosystem.
This is not a role about producing screens from predefined requirements.
We want you to challenge those requirements. To ask whether a journey needs seven steps when it could have three. To find simplicity inside complex financial and regulatory processes. And to help us create experiences that customers don't need to learn how to use.
Working alongside Product, Technology and Business teams, you will influence propositions from the earliest idea through to the experience that reaches the customer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
