About our role

Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of global 360° marketing activations, integrating Brand, PR/Influencer and Media plans, while partnering with Retail, CRM and Digital teams to drive profitable growth and brand desirability.

The role leads the creation of scalable launch and eventing strategies, ensuring effective market execution while maintaining global consistency. Through an omni-channel approach, it delivers impactful consumer experiences, protects brand equity, and supports the achievement of strategic and commercial objectives.

What you will do

Building from the global NPD and marketing calendar, this role is responsible for developing integrated UK&I marketing and PR strategies, while leading the creation of scalable 360° campaign activation plans and toolkits in partnership with the Marketing Director. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, the role ensures activation plans are aligned to business objectives, deliver consistent brand experience across channels, and can be effectively implemented across markets.

  • Develop and own the Campaign Activation strategy, translating global campaign objectives into scalable activation frameworks and plans that can be effectively deployed across markets and channels. Lead execution through the team, establishing clear priorities, KPIs and learnings, while driving innovation, efficiency and cross-market synergies.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Brand Manager in the development and execution of UK&I retail support plans. Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives across SAS and Outlets, including POS assets, communication amplification and retail activations, delivering consistent brand experience and supporting commercial objectives.
  • Lead and manage UK&I PR and Influencer agency partners, defining strategies and annual plans that support brand and commercial objectives. Oversee the execution of paid and organic influencer programs, media relations, events and outreach initiatives to maximise brand visibility, advocacy and earned impact. Ensure consumer communications are fully integrated within campaign activations, with clear KPI measurement, reporting and optimisation.
  • Support the Marketing Director in the development and implementation of the UK&I Media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, audience targeting and business acquisition objectives. Lead day-to-day management of media agency partners to develop insight-led annual and campaign media plans that deliver innovative, integrated 360° activations across paid, owned and earned channels. Oversee campaign execution, performance measurement and optimisation against agreed KPIs, ensuring learnings are embedded into future planning.
  • Develop and lead the UK&I Brand Partnerships strategy, identifying and securing mutually beneficial partnerships with premium brands that enhance brand desirability, drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness. Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of partnership activations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, commercial objectives and campaign priorities, while evaluating performance and opportunities for future growth.
  • Effectively manage budget allocation, governance and performance tracking for global activation tools and programs across markets and channels.
  • Manage, develop and inspire direct reports and with the ambition of developing team members' own expertise.

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • 7+ years marketing experience
  • Experience working in a Global multi-channel marketing business in a brand marketing role
  • Required experience working in a SAS (stand alone store) channel
  • Preferable experience in Beauty or Luxury industry
  • Experience with media, PR and influencers
  • Management experience required
  • Experience with strategy development, long term as well as tactical thinking
  • Demonstrable business and consumer focus and ability to turn insight into actionable projects
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering tangible results
  • Commercially minded
  • Strong project management skills
