Eames Consulting is partnering exclusively with a leading global Insurer looking to appoint a Senior Underwriter to join its established International Property Delegated Authority team.
This is an opportunity to join a well-respected underwriting platform with an established international portfolio spanning Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Supported by an experienced leadership team and a collaborative underwriting culture, the business is continuing to invest in its International Property proposition, with plans to further grow its delegated authority portfolio across key international markets.
You'll underwrite a broad portfolio of International Property binder business, working closely with leading London Market brokers and Coverholders across both new business and renewals. This role offers genuine autonomy, ownership of key relationships, and the opportunity to play a significant part in the continued growth of the portfolio.

The Opportunity
- Underwrite a diverse portfolio of International Property Delegated Authority business.
- Build and develop relationships with leading London Market brokers and Coverholders.
- Manage new business and renewals while contributing to profitable portfolio growth.
- Take ownership of Binding Authority Agreements and oversee Coverholder performance.
- Work within an experienced and collaborative underwriting team with significant delegated authority expertise.
- Contribute to underwriting strategy, business development, and portfolio performance.
About You
- Property Delegated Authority underwriting experience within the Lloyd's or London Market.
- Experience underwriting Property binder business across UK or International territories.
- Strong technical underwriting capability with sound commercial judgment.
- Confident relationship builder with excellent broker and Coverholder management skills.
- A collaborative individual who enjoys working within a high-performing underwriting team.
