Workplace: White City, London - 3 days a week in the office

The role

We are looking for a senior Unity developer to join our ranks at Metavision Studios to develop, and maintain live-ops of our legacy projects. In doing so, you’d play a core part in our mission to expand and build on the success of our IPs as we build out our Interactive Media portfolio.

This is a high impact role, where you’d be accountable for how Metavision Studios steps into the more legacy mobile & console spaces. Sat within our wider UGC team at Metavision, you’d be part of the foundation of mobile expansion working with our Studio and IP partners, Metavision Team and wider Zoo55 cohort alongside a strong Art and Game Design team.

Main responsibilities

  • Take design and technical ownership of our existing titles, maintaining, stabilising and evolving legacy codebases as we develop new features and updates.
  • Migrate legacy projects onto later versions of Unity, and other platforms.
  • Transfer and manage ownership of app store(s) from partners to new holding groups.
  • Lead ongoing LiveOps on live projects and their update lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve our serverless infrastructure and 3rd party data hosting for Multiplayer, Matchmaking and Leaderboards.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to translate and ideate ideas into spec’d out features and updates, reporting to Programming Lead and Design.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across live titles, identifying pragmatic solutions without disrupting player experience.
  • Help establish the technical standards, tools and best practices that support Metavision Studios expansion into mobile and console development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
