  • Reviewing US Corporate and Partnership tax returns and supporting calculations
  • Preparing complex tax returns and ensuring technical accuracy
  • Researching US tax legislation and providing practical solutions for clients
  • Supporting advisory projects and assisting with tax planning assignments
  • Managing client communications and building strong working relationships
  • Preparing budgets and assisting with the management of a client portfolio
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their development
  • Keeping up to date with US tax developments and emerging technologies

Previous Experience

  • 2+ years' experience within US Corporate and/or Partnership Tax
  • US CPA, Enrolled Agent or actively working towards qualification
  • Experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10 or specialist international tax environment preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of US tax compliance and reporting requirements
  • Private Equity Fund experience would be advantageous
  • Proficiency with Excel and US tax software such as CCH Axcess
  • Strong organisational, communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently within a predominantly virtual team environment
