About CoinPoker

Welcome to CoinPoker, the innovative crypto-poker platform where advanced blockchain technology meets the thrilling world of online poker. At CoinPoker, we are revolutionizing the poker experience by offering fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth.

The Opportunity

We've just launched a free-to-play mobile poker app, and we need someone hands-on to help take it from launch to scale. You'll run user acquisition day to day across all our channels, lead creative testing, optimise toward cohort targets and increase spend as the numbers justify it. The paid team is small, but the budget behind it is substantial.

Ideally you've grown mobile games before, F2P poker or social casino if possible, and you want to own the work at an early stage rather than inherit a finished machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and optimise UA day to day, managing and scaling a sizeable monthly budget across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads, in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Moloco) and programmatic DSPs.
  • Help shape UA strategy and channel mix, with recommendations you can back up with data.
  • Test new channels, platforms and targeting approaches to find more sources of growth that scale.
  • Build relationships with platform and network partners to get support, beta access and better commercial terms.
  • Maintain and extend our measurement setup, including AppsFlyer, SKAN, postbacks, event taxonomy and fraud monitoring.
  • Own the creative pipeline alongside the creative team. That means coming up with concepts and hooks, briefing new ideas, running a structured testing framework, rotating winners before they fatigue, and scaling what works across channels, including UGC, TikTok-native ads and playables.
  • Follow what competitors are running in poker, social casino and mobile gaming more broadly.
  • Work with creative and product on store conversion, including screenshots, video, custom product pages and store listing experiments, and support ASO more widely.
  • Hit targets on CPI and D7/D30/D90 ROAS, optimising for cohort quality through retention and payer conversion. You'll work with the BI team on LTV predictions and use them to guide spend and bidding decisions.
  • Share what you learn from UA and cohort data with product so they can improve retention and monetisation.
  • Report weekly on spend, cohort quality and forecast.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years in mobile UA, at least 3 of them in gaming. F2P poker or social casino experience is strongly preferred.
  • You've scaled a title through launch and early growth, including stretches where you had very little data to work with.
  • You've scaled large monthly budgets profitably against strict ROAS targets, and you're happy to talk numbers.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads and in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Moloco or similar).
  • A good eye for creative. You've come up with, briefed and iterated on mobile game ads while testing at high volume.
  • You know AppsFlyer, SKAN and incrementality testing well, and you're experienced at using LTV predictions to make spend decisions.
  • You're comfortable running execution on your own in a small team that moves quickly.
  • Fluent English.
  • ASO experience, particularly store listing tests and custom product pages, is a strong plus.
  • Existing relationships with ad platforms and networks are a plus.
