Senior UX Designer & UX Consultant

Leeds | Flexible Hybrid Working
£60,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Benefits

WRK digital are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner for an award-winning digital consultancy as they continue to grow their Experience Design capability.

We're looking for a talented Senior UX Designer who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading discovery, and shaping digital experiences that genuinely make a difference for users and businesses alike.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy working with a diverse range of clients, from ambitious start-ups to well-established brands, delivering impactful websites, digital products, platforms, and mobile experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of modern product design, combining user-centred design principles with AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to accelerate ideation, validate concepts faster, and deliver more impactful digital experiences.

If you're passionate about user-centred design and AI, you are confident facilitating stakeholder workshops, and enjoy translating insight into commercially valuable digital experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll play a key role across the full design lifecycle, from strategic discovery and user research through to interaction design, prototyping, and delivery.

  • Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and delivery professionals to shape intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to mentor fellow designers, influence design maturity, and contribute to new business initiatives and consultancy growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
