Job Title - UX Designer
Location: London
Job Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
- Design responsive web and mobile experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams.
- Present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate improvements based on user insights.
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Advocate UX best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Design Systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience designing SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, or Enterprise applications.
