Intake Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-established creative agency to recruit a Senior UI Designer.

This is an opportunity to join a growing creative team where you will take ownership of digital creative output, leading UI design across web and digital products while helping shape how digital creative evolves within the business.

The Role

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work across digital products, websites and campaigns for a range of international and smaller clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading UI and interface design across web and digital products.
  • Building scalable design systems using components, variables, design tokens and theming.
  • Producing structured developer handovers through Figma.
  • Leading digital creative across brand and campaign projects.
  • Working closely with the digital marketing team to ensure creative performs effectively across digital channels.
  • Using AI and emerging tools to support the creative process.
  • Presenting ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the agency's digital creative capability.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience within an agency environment.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including design systems, component libraries and variables.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong UI and UX work, including design systems built or led from end to end.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience using AI tools within the creative process.
  • Confidence producing motion and video content.
  • A systems-first approach to design with an understanding of how design decisions scale.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to present ideas clearly.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering work to a high standard.

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

  • Large international brand projects.
  • Building design systems from scratch.
  • Front-end development knowledge.
  • Digital accessibility.
  • Interactive prototyping and presentations.
