About Us
Our mission? Creating equal access to coaching at work. How do we make it happen? Our AI coaching platform replicates the coaching of 9 of the world's top experts. Forget ChatGPT wrappers, AI chatbots, or clunky 3D avatars. Our multimodal platform is fuelled by the top 0.1% experts and includes real-time advice features bringing insights from world-class coaches into the flow of work. Our latest obsession: providing every manager with expert insights when they need it… and without asking for it! We freshly raised to make this become a reality. We're early, we're ambitious, and we're doing something that hasn't been done before. The kind of thing that's equal parts exciting and terrifying, in a good way.
The Role
We're looking for a User Researcher with exceptional capabilities who wants to shape the product from the inside out. Someone who is excited by the challenge of getting more of our users coming back every single week. You consider yourself analytical and personable.
- Are you a researcher at heart? You don't just run interviews; you hunt for the "why" behind the numbers: obsessively, structurally, and with a deliberate focus on the users everyone else ignores, the disengaged ones.
- Are you a synthesiser? You design structured interviews and testing that turn assumptions into testable hypotheses, and hypotheses into decisions the product and engineering team can act on. You're a people person with seriously proactive energy, constantly out talking to people, online and in person, building and growing a community of testers as you go.
- Are you strategic? You will work directly with Ben, CEO and founder, on our startup's #1 goal: taking off and unlocking that Series A round, starting with a clear picture of where activation and engagement break down, and what it takes to fix it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Last but not least, this role is for risk takers only. Don't apply if you seek a predictable, comfortable job.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own structured interviews and usability testing, prioritising disengaged users: those who signed up but never activated, and those who engaged once and left.
- Dig into 16 months of data (and counting) to uncover what's driving activation and engagement and chart the clearest path to hitting our weekly active user target.
- Turn research into recommendations the product team can act on. This is an input into product and tech strategy, not a report that sits on a shelf.
- Spend around 2 days a week on onboarding/customer success as an input to your research, not a separate job (this time may flex to cover other responsibilities as requested).
- Get out of the building. This isn't a desk research role: you'll be constantly talking to users, testing in the field, and building a living community of testers to get sharper, and faster reads on real behaviour. Expect your day-to-day to shift constantly, being part of a hands-on early-stage startup.
- Help embed user insight into the flow of work for the product and engineering team, the same way Ignitus embeds coaching into the flow of work for our users.
- Keep the wider team anchored to real user voices as we grow fast.

What You'll Bring
- Experience running structured interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research. Working in startups or small teams is a big plus.
- A track record of turning research into decisions, not just decks.
- Comfort working with messy, early-stage data (16 months' worth and counting) to find patterns others miss.
- Exposure to onboarding or customer success: a source of insight, not a distraction.
- A genuine appetite for building and running a community of testers: a key part of the role, not a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools, to cross-reference what users say with what they do.
- A curiosity for how people learn and grow, and how tech can help with that.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
Why This Role
- You'll be joining at the take-off stage, where your research directly shapes how high the company can go. If you succeed, the team will 2 to 3x in the next 12 months.
- You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team. Your findings won't sit in a queue; they'll shape the roadmap.
- You'll have real autonomy over how you research, test, and prioritise, inside a small and passionate team.
If you love the idea of understanding people deeply enough to change how a product works, and you want to be there from the start, helping shape both the research function and the culture, we'd love to talk.
