Job Description
Cadmap Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Utility GPR Surveyor to join our growing team on a full-time employed basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking high-quality utility detection and GPR surveys across a range of projects throughout London, the South East, and the Midlands. The role will involve working on a variety of sites and projects, from smaller-scale surveys through to large and complex commercial and infrastructure schemes.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated surveyor with a strong background in utility detection and GPR surveying, who takes pride in producing accurate, reliable, and professional survey data.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently and as part of a wider survey team, with a strong understanding of industry standards, survey methodology, and health & safety requirements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Utility GPR Surveyor.
- Proven experience undertaking utility detection and GPR surveys in accordance with PAS 128.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Leica DS2000 and DS4000 GPR systems.
- Good working knowledge of Geolitix PP or equivalent utility survey processing software.
- Competent in the operation of Tilt GPS/GNSS survey equipment.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D.
- Ability to interpret, process, and present survey data accurately.
- Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel and work across Sussex, Surrey, London, and the Midlands as required.
