As a Senior Utility Surveyor, you will:
- Lead the delivery of utility survey projects, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and in accordance with PAS128 and DM standards by:
- Lead, undertake and deliver complex utility survey projects from planning through to final delivery
- Manage on site survey teams and survey requirements to achieve survey objectives
- Undertake utility surveys using EML, GPR, GNSS, and where required, Robotic Total Stations
- Ensure surveys and deliverables comply with PAS128:2022 and DM quality standards
- Process, review and quality control survey data, drawings and reports prior to issue
- Act as a technical lead for utility surveying activities and provide guidance to on-site survey teams
- Mentor, train and develop junior utility surveyors
- Provide structured feedback and development plans for junior utility surveyors
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Promote continuous improvement in survey methods technology and project delivery

The successful candidate will have:
- ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Utility Mapping & Surveying or relevant experience
- Detailed knowledge of PAS128:2022 utility surveying standards
- Advanced proficiency in EML and GPR technologies
- Strong experience in survey data processing, interpretation and deliverable production
- Experience in managing projects and survey teams
- Excellent technical, communication and client facing skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary survey projects
- Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude
- Are a natural problem solver
- Enjoy delivering results with a team
- Full UK driving licence
