About BLP Digital

BLP Digital AG is the AI platform that transforms core business processes from human effort into agentic workflows. As an ETH/HSG spin-off headquartered in Zurich, we help executives remove the manual execution layer in core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with more control and measurable productivity. Today we serve 550+ enterprise customers and process 21M+ exceptions daily.

The Team

You'll join the Frontend Platform Team, a cross-functional engineering team that builds the shared systems, components, and design system used across all of BLP's Stream-Aligned Teams (SATs). Sitting here means your design work is grounded in the same foundation every team builds on. It also means you'll regularly work directly with the SATs on their product areas, so expect a mix of platform-level design and hands-on feature work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

We're looking for a UX Designer who does more than produce screens. You'll shape how enterprise users experience complex, data-heavy workflows: reviewing exceptions, configuring automation, and making decisions inside systems where a single misstep has real business consequences.

This means facilitating discovery and design workshops with product managers, engineers, and customers; pressure-testing ideas before they reach a backlog; and making design decisions stick across teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for assigned product areas, from problem framing through validated solution
  • Plan and facilitate workshops (discovery, ideation, prioritization, design critique) with cross-functional and customer groups
  • Evaluate and challenge product ideas early, using research, prototypes, and usability testing rather than opinion
  • Translate complex enterprise workflows into interfaces that feel clear and learnable
  • Drive design decisions to closure and document the reasoning so teams can move without re-litigating
  • Own and evolve our design system together with the engineers in the Frontend Platform Team
  • Partner with the Stream-Aligned Teams on their product areas, bringing platform consistency into feature-level work
  • Run lightweight user research with enterprise customers and turn findings into concrete product direction
  • Advocate for UX quality across the organization, including with stakeholders outside of product

  • A portfolio demonstrating work on complex software (enterprise tools, dashboards, workflow or data-intensive applications), not primarily marketing websites
  • Proven experience planning and facilitating workshops with cross-functional groups
  • Ability to evaluate ideas critically and make well-reasoned design decisions under ambiguity
  • Strong interaction and information design skills, with fluency in Figma
  • Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing methods
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and confidence presenting and defending work to senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, finance, or supply chain processes
  • Experience designing for AI or agentic products, including patterns for trust, transparency, and human oversight
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
  • Comfort reading front-end code or prototyping in HTML/CSS

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • A high-ownership design role in a fast-growing ETH/HSG spin-off shaping the future of enterprise process automation
  • Real influence on a platform used across 550+ enterprise customers

  • Your choice of fully remote or a hybrid setup with an office near Zurich HB
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning
