Senior UX Designer - DTC

Leeds or London (In office 3 days/week)

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a strategic, highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our Global Digital Store Centre of Excellence. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering best-in-class user experiences across our global direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will combine strategic UX thinking with hands-on design craft, leading the end-to-end experience from research and insight through user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI. You will help define global UX principles while ensuring experiences are grounded in customer needs, business objectives and measurable performance.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, CRO, Analytics and regional DTC teams to bring the SharkNinja brand to life online, continuously improving experiences through research, experimentation and data.

This is an opportunity to help set the UX standard for a growing global ecommerce business while remaining close to the craft and measurable customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

UX Design & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and research through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI and final engineering handoff.
  • Translate complex customer and business needs into intuitive, engaging and commercially effective digital experiences.
  • Create clear user journeys, interaction models and prototypes that communicate design intent to stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Balance customer needs, brand expression, commercial objectives and technical constraints throughout the design process.
  • Deliver high-quality, responsive and mobile-first experiences across SharkNinja’s global DTC ecosystem.

Research & Customer Insight

  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, customer interviews and other qualitative research to uncover customer needs and experience friction.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insight, including analytics, session replay, surveys and customer research, to inform design decisions.
  • Synthesise research into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence product and experience direction.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams and ensure customer needs remain central to decision-making.
  • Validate concepts and designs throughout the development process rather than relying solely on post-launch measurement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
