Your role within our Kingdom
As a Senior UX Designer in Player Value, you'll shape experiences that strengthen motivation, progression, and long-term engagement across Candy Crush Saga.
This role suits someone who brings clarity to ambiguity, connects player needs with product and business goals, and drives strong design direction across complex systems, working closely with Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, Engineering, and Leadership to frame opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver player value at scale.

You'll help define how players understand, feel, and act on the value of playing, across progression, rewards, streaks, challenge loops and post-level experiences; the systems that keep players coming back.
Responsibilities
- Own UX strategy for Player Value across progression, rewards, streaks, challenges, onboarding, and engagement systems
- Lead discovery and problem framing for complex player-facing initiatives, turning insights and constraints into clear direction
- Design end-to-end experiences, from flows and prototypes to specs and content, owning quality through delivery
- Partner across Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, and Engineering, bridging crafts and seniority levels to align teams on feasibility and design quality
- Ground decisions in evidence, working with UX Research and Data to iterate and improve over time
- Advocate for the player experience and long-term design quality
Skills
- Extensive senior experience in UX design within the casual gaming industry, with strong systems thinking and a rigorous design methodology
- Skilled at balancing player needs, design craft, and product goals to create genuinely impactful experiences
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy, with the confidence to drive work forward independently
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills that help align teams around a shared vision
- Grounded in data and insights, using them to inform and validate design decisions
