RLDatix is on a mission to help raise the standard of care... everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organisations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.

Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global team of more than 2,000 colleagues dedicated to making a difference in healthcare every day.

We're searching for a London based Product UX Designer to join our Workforce teams, helping us create experiences that are genuinely useful, intuitive, and impactful for the people who rely on our products every day. In this role, you'll lead research, design, and discovery activities across workforce management and rostering solutions, translating complex healthcare workflows into experiences that are easy to understand and efficient to use.

You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy through user insight, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and helping to mature our design practice as we continue to grow.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Leading user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis to understand customer needs and opportunities.
  • Translating research insights into journey maps, service blueprints, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes that inform product decisions.
  • Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to identify, validate, and deliver the most valuable solutions for our users.
  • Creating and testing interactive prototypes to improve usability, drive adoption, and shape product direction.
  • Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and design sprints to build alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Using data, customer feedback, and research evidence to influence decision-making and advocate for user-centred design.
  • Exploring new technologies, including AI-powered research and design tools, to enhance discovery and innovation.
  • Mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and contributing to the continued growth of our Product Experience community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
