Your new company

A high-growth consumer brand with an ambitious international growth strategy is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its expanding digital team. Operating in both the UK and US markets, the business has built a loyal customer base and is investing heavily in experimentation, conversion optimisation and customer experience to drive the next phase of growth.

Your new role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the on-site customer experience across multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a highly commercial role where success will be measured by improvements in conversion rate, add-to-cart rate and revenue per session. You will be responsible for identifying friction points across the customer journey, designing and implementing UX improvements, and building a structured testing programme to continuously optimise performance. Working closely with Growth, Marketing and Development teams, you will create high-converting landing pages, improve key ecommerce journeys and develop a scalable design system that supports rapid experimentation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
