Senior UX/UI Designer

Up to £65,000 + benefits
We're partnered with a global manufacturing organisation that's investing in its digital platforms and customer experience. They're looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to help improve and develop the user experience across a range of global digital products.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the organisation's design system, contribute to design direction and work closely with different teams to deliver consistent, user-centred digital experiences.
You'll also have the opportunity to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can support and improve existing design processes.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and commercial impact
- Advanced Figma skills and experience with design systems
- Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
- Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An interest in AI-powered design tools, with an understanding of how AI can improve design workflows and user experiences

What you'll be doing:
- Designing intuitive, accessible digital experiences across global platforms
- Owning and evolving the organisation's design system
- Creating user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Using research, analytics and usability testing to improve existing experiences
- Working with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver digital projects
- Exploring opportunities to introduce AI tools into design workflows
- Presenting design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
- Supporting UX/UI best practices and maintaining consistency across digital products
