Senior UX/UI Designer
Make is a bold, independent and growing digital agency in the heart of East London. Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to work specifically within an established UX/UI team collaborating with an international Sportsbook and Casino gambling industry brand.
As a Senior UX/UI Designer within the team you will be instrumental in crafting a specific area of the player experience, from gathering requirements to creating polished Figma prototypes. This role also involves elements of organisation, prioritisation and support, as you will be tasked with leading and overseeing the output of a small team of other UX/UI designers.
This key role requires a strong eye for clean, accurate and consistent design, exceptional UI creativity skills, and proven experience in the industry. You will be involved from start to finish - from gathering requirements and being a part of user research, to iteration and feedback processes, all the way to ensuring user experiences are intuitive, engaging and compelling. Make is also an agency which will encourage you to explore how AI can aid your workflow or enhance player experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
