Company Description
Most business software is clunky, expensive to roll out, and painful to use. At Freshworks, we think that's backwards — the tools you rely on all day should be as intuitive as the apps you love in your personal life. We build powerful, sophisticated software that people actually enjoy using, and we're looking for sharp, commercially-minded people to help us prove it.
Job Description
About the Team
Our Value Engineering team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Value Engineer to join our team in London. This is a role for someone who loves building rigorous business cases, can hold their own in a room with CFOs and CIOs, and gets genuine satisfaction from turning a complex technical story into a number a customer can act on.
As a Senior Value Engineer, you'll partner directly with our sales account teams to build and defend value-based business cases across moderate to large sized deals, primarily around our ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and Freddy AI product lines. You'll act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and internal stakeholders — translating technical capability into financial outcomes that make it obvious why Freshworks is the right investment.
What You'll Do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
