Associate Director / Director – Valuation
Manchester | Independent Property Consultancy
The Opportunity
An established independent property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director or Director-level Valuer to join its growing Manchester team.
The business is looking for a seasoned valuation professional with strong loan security / secured lending experience, who is either already operating at Director level or is an Associate Director ready to take the next step.
This is an opportunity to take a senior role within the Manchester team, develop client relationships and play a key part in the continued growth of the wider North West business.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Undertaking Red Book valuations, with a strong focus on loan security / secured lending.
- Managing a varied portfolio of valuation instructions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, professional clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Carrying out inspections, comparable research, and market analysis.
- Preparing high-quality valuation reports and providing clear valuation advice.
- Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Taking a senior role within the Manchester valuation team.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the North West business.

About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- MRICS qualified with significant valuation experience.
- Operating at Associate Director or Director level.
- Experienced in loan security / secured lending valuations.
- Comfortable managing lender instructions and senior client relationships.
- Confident undertaking valuations independently and producing Red Book-compliant reports.
- Commercially minded with strong knowledge of the Manchester and wider North West market.
- Well connected within the lender and professional property market.
